WSBA Moderate Means Program

The Moderate Means Program connects middle-income earners with lawyers who offer legal assistance at a reduced cost.

A participating lawyer will charge fees and request an advance deposit. Be sure to agree on charges prior to accepting their services. Written fee agreements are highly encouraged.

Washington LawHelp is a guide to free civil legal services for low-income persons and seniors in Washington.  They provide legal education materials and tools that give basic information on a number of legal problems, and in some cases, detailed instructions and forms.
