Persons 60 and Over:  In addition, seniors age 60 or over may call CLEAR*Sr at 1-888-387-7111, regardless of income or the county in which they live.

WSBA Moderate Means Program

The Moderate Means Program connects middle-income earners with lawyers who offer legal assistance at a reduced cost.

A participating lawyer will charge fees and request an advance deposit. Be sure to agree on charges prior to accepting their services. Written fee agreements are highly encouraged.
