Position: Litigation and Insurance Coverage Associate
Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP is hiring! We are seeking an associate with the following qualifications for either our Seattle or Spokane office:
- Two or more years of experience handling civil litigation; insurance coverage experience preferred but not required
- A desire for a varied, high-quality complex civil litigation practice, including: business/commercial; high-stakes personal injury; insurance coverage; and trusts & estates
- Eagerness for hands-on experience with immediate and increasing responsibility
- Strong academic background
- Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
We offer highly competitive salary and benefits, including:
- Base salary range: $135,000-$190,000 (depending on years and type of experience; range listed presumes two to eight years of relevant experience)
- Hours-based bonus: $10,000 for 1,600 hours; $20,000 for 1,700 hours; $35,000 for 1,800 hours
- Discretionary year-end bonus
